Nominating Committee

At the September meeting, the Directors shall appoint a Nominating Committee to submit a list of potential Directors for the coming term. The Committee shall consist of two Directors appointed by the President, one of whom shall chair the committee, and one Member appointed by the Members. The Committee shall identify and recruit potential directors for any vacant or new director seats, and shall provide a list of such nominees to the Board of Directors for its approval. Upon such approval, the slate of nominees shall be sent out to members 30 days prior to the elections and then be presented to the members for election at the Annual Meeting of the Members.

This committee meets as needed in the fall as we solicit for new board members, meet with them and present a BOD slate for vote at the Club's annual meeting.
